The Full Process

Every FVS vehicle goes through the same proven steps, in order. Here's exactly what happens from the moment your car is on Canadian soil.

Port Pickup
As soon as your vehicle clears the boat at the Port of Vancouver, we're there to collect it. You don't need to arrange transport, show up at the port, or deal with the terminal paperwork. We handle the pickup directly.

Secure Storage
We work multiple boats each season, which means we often have several vehicles arriving in the same window. Your car goes into secure storage while we work through the queue. This is normal, expected, and part of what keeps costs manageable for everyone.

Inspection
Every FVS vehicle gets a thorough mechanical inspection before we move forward with any paperwork. Unless something major comes up, the inspection is a routine confirmation that your vehicle is what it's supposed to be and is in serviceable condition.

ICBC Registration — Langley
Once the inspection is cleared, we prepare your paperwork and send it to our trusted ICBC partner in Langley. This is the final step before you're on the road. You make one trip to see him, do the registration, and walk out with your plates. Then you come collect your vehicle — and that's it.
